👉 Contact your Customer Service representative in-country

👉 Explain the issue or state the inquiry

👉 Have Customer Service team member to open a claim if there is an exception

👉 Customer Service will open the claim and send it through the proper channels for review or investigation

👉 ANICAM Enterprises Inc has 2-5 days to provide an answer on the claim after investigation is complete.

👉 ANICAM Enterprises Inc will respond to the Claim

👉 Anicam Barbados will review and contact customer for resolution of the Claim.
